Kanban Certification

LKU

You will learn to use Kanban in your organization and to initiate improvements by visualizing your added value. In the first module "Kanban System Design - KMP I" we start with the basic concepts of Kanban up to the design of your own Kanban system. This course is the 1st module of the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification from Lean Kanban University (LKU).

LKU

The Kanban Management Professional (KMP Foundation II) training is the second module of the Kanban Management Professional certificate accredited by the Lean Kanban University (LKU). This course is useful for anyone who already is practicing Kanban in his/her work environment and is looking for further improvements for his/her system. In terms of roles, the course is suitable for Kanban practitioners, project and program managers, coaches and trainers and process improvement coaches.

Agile Leadership

The course introduces the agile principles from a management perspective. It shows which role model, which values, principles and practices are suitable as prerequisites for this and guarantee the success of an agile approach in companies. The course serves as a qualification for the Certified Agile Leader.

Agile Scaling

The Value Stream workshop presents a structured, proven approach for collaborating with stakeholders to define and optimise Value Streams. Organising around value entails considerable benefits to agility at scale empowering organisations to focus on delivering value, reduce time-to-market, and learn faster.

LeSS is about how to scale agility in large, complex organizations. A question that may seem familiar to many organizations. With Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS), two frameworks (LeSS and LeSS Huge) are now available, by means of which Scrum can be consistently scaled without much addition in order to be agile and viable as a company.

The Test Driven Development course teaches agile techniques for the consistent, effective and reliable development and delivery of software.

The course "From User Story to Acceptance Test" is offered as an optional topic within the Certified Scrum Developer Program and is designed for developer teams who want to better understand and implement user stories and acceptance criteria (FitNesse, continuous integration). He imparts knowledge about planning and writing acceptance tests in cooperation with the customer.

You will experience Scrum in a team and experience what it feels like to work in a self-organized team. At the end you will understand the basic principles, methods and roles of Scrum.
